Ofisgate have made a considerable investment in our maintenance personnel and infrastructure. Our experience in servicing customer's present environments puts Ofisgate in a unique position to address the stringent requirements demanded by both existing and future project implementations. We have also taken the view that just as the market's requirement evolves, our offerings will also continually expand re-invents itself to better meet individual customer requirement.

Ofisgate provides a countrywide network of Residence Engineers strategically located throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. This extensive network ensures prompt response and quick resolution for the current customer sites.

Our support centre is located at Ofisgate headquarter in Kuala Lumpur. The centre is equipped with complete helpdesk system and also experienced support engineers. The support service package can be extended up to 24x7 support. We have a dedicated team of Customer Service Agent that trigger all incoming calls during business hour and outside business hours. Once an incident is reported, Ofisgate will work towards a prompt resolution with minimum disruption to customer's operations.
