SHAMSUL BAHARI MOKMIN
Shamsul Bahari bin Mokmin is the Chief Executive for Ofisgate Sdn Bhd. He graduated from Oklahoma State University, USA in 1995 with Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing). Currently, he is fellow at the Malaysia Institute of Management (MIM).
His career started when joining Renong group end 1995 as a Sales Account Executive managing telecommunications customers and selling large enterprise systems solution. In 1998, he joined NCR (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a Business Manager where he was given responsibility to market NCR’s Decision Support Solution to Telecommunication and Service Provider covering the ASEAN region.
After leaving NCR, he joined Tricubes Berhad as Vice President of Commercial and International Sales where he was in charge for the overall international sales activity for the handheld and biometrics computing solution. He successfully penetrated European and Middle East market to deploy Tricubes handheld computing and biometric solutions. In 2006, he joined Ofisgate Sdn Bhd as Chief Executive.
Technical Director
AHMAD SHAHRIMAN MD YASIN
Ahmad Shahriman Md Yasin is the Technical Director for Ofisgate Sdn Bhd. He joined Ofisgate in 2005 and responsible for the overall technology and technical strategy for the company. Graduated from University Putra Malaysia with Bachelor of Computer Science, he possesses a solid 14 years of experience in Telecommunication industry focusing in VoIP and IP telephony technology.
Starting his career with Telekom R&D Sdn Bhd, as a researcher for advanced intelligent network unit, he started building his skills and knowledge in the IP telephony technology.
Later he was seconded to Telekom Applied Business Sdn Bhd as a project manager managing IVR (interactive voice response) implementation for Ghana Telecom. In September 1998, he was sent to The United States to join Itopia Inc for a joint development of VoIP application based on IP Protocol H.323 and SIP.
After 2 years he came to Malaysia and re joined Telekom R&D heading the IP and Telephony Development Unit. One of his key tasks was consulting the parent company Telekom Malaysia in VoIP integration and implementation. In 2005, he left Telekom R&D to join Ofisgate.
