It has been prepared in accordance with the Commission Determination on Access List (Determination No. 6 of 2021) (“Access List”), the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No. 1 of 2022) (“MSA”), and the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access Pricing (Determination No. 1 of 2023) (“MSAP”).
