Preventive Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance is maintenance that is performed on a scheduled basis on both hardware and software. Maintenance involves tests, patch updates, cleaning, and part replacement, performed specifically to prevent faults from occurring. The work will follow planned guidelines from time to time to avoid hardware and software Breakdown and malfunction

Corrective / Remedial Maintenance

Corrective/ Remedial Maintenance is defined as a task performed to identify, isolate, and rectify. A fault so that the failed hardware or software can be restored to its normal operable state.

Emergency Support

Emergency Support means a telephone request for service which requires immediate action to respond to other emergency situations. During an emergency occur, TM can contact us at 013-739 4283. We provide Emergency Support 24 x 7 days/week.
